They are designed around fun, interactive activities but are also always discreet and respectful of the privacy of the individual. WELLVENTURE PROGRAMS

The Southwest is our home and from that beautiful country our programs extend out into the Americas in English and in Spanish. The mountains rivers and valleys, her brooks and streams and rivers, her living and ancient cultures are our classrooms and our teachers. Biodiversity and cultural awareness combined with self-discovery and a healthy dose of clowning around will make these experiences lasting ones.

Outing or Training?
You get to choose the length of the program that suits your group best.
We have two flavors of stress management adventure.

An outing is a concise and concentrated blast of fun and learning, a program that covers all of the basic interconnections between wellness and ecology, and that takes you deep into the fantasy-land beauty of the Southwest.
The stress management outings are one-day, three-day, and week-long activity-filled explorations of the mountains, rivers and canyons of Arizona and the greater Southwest, including the Sierra Madre and Sonoran Desert of Mexico. You set the fun-meter at your own levels.

The trainings are more in-depth and we explore self-reliance and eco-mindfulness while immersed in the wilderness, finding out how being under your own power can change your ideas about 'power.' We will find empowerment in exploring and learning.
Wellness trainings are four days and longer and get us deeper into the wilderness and to the themes of stress-management and human potential. There is a world of adventure learning available for us to explore. These courses can take us deep into the beauty of North and South America and return us with a deep appreciation for our abilities and graces in personal health and potential for achievement.

A two-day adventure learning outing for action and wellness! Come up to our Prescott retreat for ropes challenges, a bike maintenance clinic and plenty of riding. First, we roll up through the vast pine forests of the Bradshaws and the Sierra Prieta, the largest in the lower 48, swooping up and down on kind dirt roads and trails to arrive at the Friendly Pines camp where we have one of the finest and safest ropes courses in the state. If you know these courses, then you will recognize all of the favorite low elements and high elements, the team building and cooperation elements. But what will surprise and please you is our very original integration with lifestyle and wellness coaching. A little adventure, some practical skills for cycling and relaxation, and lots of interaction with your group. The accommodations are nothing fancy, rustic wooden cabins tucked between swaying Ponderosa pine on a breezy, wooded slope in the mountains above the city. Clean, comfortable, private.
